Processing & Delivery

• All items are made-to-order and typically ship within 3–7 business days.
• Delivery times vary by location but usually take 5–10 business days after production.
• Because we partner with multiple trusted suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages. This helps us deliver the best quality and lowest cost for your Squad.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll get tracking details for each one.

Issues with Delivery
